The only people who may enter the competition are:

1. Australian residents;
2. Over 16 years of age;
3. Are not Beyond Blue employees or immediate family of Beyond Blue employees;
4. Are not Beyond Blue Corporate Partners.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘immediate family’ means a spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as a relevant Beyond Blue employee.

The competition will open to registered Beyond Blue fundraisers in the 2024 2XU Wellness Run.

Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

If any of the Winners do not respond to Beyond Blue within 24 hours of the above notification dates, an alternate Winner will be selected.

The Winners will be notified via email and/or phone call at which stage Beyond Blue will require details of a mailing address for delivery of the Prize. The Prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. If any aspect of the Prize cannot be provided for any reason, Beyond Blue reserves the right to substitute the Prize, in whole or in part, for any other item of equal or greater value.

If the Prize remains unclaimed after one month of the selection of a winner (including due to the failure by a winner to supply a mailing address), the relevant prize will be considered forfeited and may be used by Beyond Blue for an alternative purpose, entirely at the discretion of Beyond Blue.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Beyond Blue reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Any entry that is entered outside of the competition period will be invalid.

If, for any reason, the competition does not run during the competition entry periods due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Beyond Blue that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competitions, Beyond Blue reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competitions or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Beyond Blue is not responsible for any:

malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or website;

or failure of any email or entry to be received by Beyond Blue.
